TL;DR: I had an amazing extended weekend with Alvania at Dr.Nights resort. She was sweet, accommodating, and made me feel like I was with a genuine girlfriend. We did tons of activities together, and she was fantastic both in and out of the bedroom. The language barrier was minor, and we used translation apps to communicate. Overall, she made me feel loved, and I can’t wait to go back to Dr.Nights and spend more time with her.

A few weekends ago, I found myself with some time off and decided to take an extended weekend getaway to Dr.Nights. The idea of a few days of beachfront relaxation, exotic companions & all inclusive resort, on an island was exactly what I needed after the long weeks of work. But more importantly, I wanted to make this trip memorable in every sense. I’d heard about the Dr.Nights before, I have been on their newsletter for quite some time, I even became a member 6 months ago, since I discovered they had some options for companionship (preselection) that could elevate the experience. That’s where I first came across Alvania.
Now, let me be honest. When I first saw her profile while making my selection, I was a bit skeptical. You know how it is with online reviews—there are always some negative ones, and you start second-guessing everything. I’m the type of person who likes to do thorough research before making decisions, so naturally, I read through every comment and review. Some of the feedback about her and the resort were positive, but others were less so. It made me pause, and I wasn’t entirely sure if she was the right choice or even if Dr.Nights was the right place. After all, when you’re paying for an experience, you want it to be as perfect as possible. I didn’t want to have any regrets.
However, after speaking to Mark, (reservations guy) a few months earlier, he gave me some solid advice. He said, “Look, there are always two sides to every story. What matters is your own experience. You can’t let someone else’s perspective cloud your judgment, especially when it comes to personal connections. Go with your gut.” That really hit home for me. Plus, Mark had mentioned that he had heard positive things about Alvania since that negative review about her constantly on her phone. His words reassured me enough to go ahead and make the decision to spend the weekend with her. I figured, why not? I wanted to give it a shot her pictures really had me intrigued!.
When I first met Alvania in person, any lingering doubts I had disappeared almost instantly. She greeted me with a warm smile that put me at ease right away. Although it seemed she added a few more pounds since her recent photo I requested. There was something genuine about her presence that made me feel comfortable. Sometimes, it’s all about the first impression, and she nailed it. We hit it off from the start, and I could tell that the next few days were going to be something special.
Alvania is, in every sense of the word, a truly sweet and kind-hearted girl. Throughout our time together, she was incredibly attentive and accommodating to anything I wanted to do. I’ve always appreciated people who can read the room, and she had that talent. She never made me feel like she was just going through the motions; instead, she seemed genuinely invested in ensuring I had a great time. That alone was refreshing. Her positivity and willingness to adapt made the entire weekend feel effortless.
Now, I’m not the kind of person who likes to micromanage or take control of every situation. I enjoy spontaneity and love letting things flow naturally. Since Alvania had been with Dr.Nights for several years now, she knew her way around pretty well, and I decided to let her take the lead. It turned out to be a great decision. She planned things out so seamlessly that it felt like she had everything mapped out perfectly. She suggested activities I would have never thought to try, and I’m glad I trusted her judgment. Sometimes, it’s nice to just sit back and let someone else take the reins.
We ended up spending pretty much all of our time together, and it felt like I was there with a genuine girlfriend. I’m not exaggerating when I say that—she wasn’t just a companion for hire, she genuinely made me feel cared for, respected, and appreciated. There was this natural chemistry between us that just clicked. Whether we were lounging by the pool, walking along the beach, or engaging in the resort’s many activities, it always felt like we were a real couple. She was fun, engaging, and constantly made sure I was having a good time.
And yes, to address the question everyone is probably thinking—she was amazing in bed. The connection we had during our more intimate moments was palpable, and she knew exactly how to make the experience special. It wasn’t just physical; there was an emotional connection that I wasn’t expecting. It’s not often that you meet someone who can make those moments feel so personal and meaningful. It added a layer of depth to our time together that made the entire experience even more unforgettable.
But our time wasn’t just about intimacy. One of the things I enjoyed most was simply hanging out with her during the day. We’d start our mornings with a quiet breakfast by the pool, sipping on fresh coffee and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Then, we’d join in on some of the resort’s daily activities. We tried our hand at beach volleyball (though I have to admit, I’m not the best at it), took a couple of paddleboarding lessons, and even joined a salsa dancing class that was being held one evening. I was hesitant about the salsa at first, but Alvania was a great teacher, and by the end of the class, I was actually having fun with it!
During the afternoons, we’d lounge by the poolside, sipping on cocktails, laughing, and just enjoying each other’s company. She had a way of making even the simplest activities feel special. I remember one afternoon in particular when we sat in the shade, talking for hours about life, travel, and everything in between. It didn’t feel forced or transactional, it felt like we were two friends sharing stories and getting to know each other on a deeper level.
One evening, we went out for dinner at one of the resort’s finer dining spots. The meal was incredible, and the setting was romantic—low lighting, soft music, and a gentle breeze from the ocean. We talked, we laughed, and the night just flowed effortlessly. Afterward, we took a stroll along the beach, listening to the waves crash against the shore. It was one of those moments where everything just felt right. We didn’t even need to speak much during that walk—her presence was enough to make it a memorable moment.
Of course, there were some challenges during the weekend. The biggest one was the language barrier. While Alvania spoke some English, it wasn’t her first language, and there were moments when we struggled to communicate fully. But that’s where technology came to the rescue. We both used translation apps, and surprisingly, it worked out just fine. In fact, it added a bit of fun to the experience. We’d both laugh at some of the translations, and it became a playful part of our interactions. It never felt like an obstacle that got in the way of us connecting.
Looking back on it now, I realize how much effort she put into making the entire weekend special. It wasn’t just about the activities or the resort itself—although both were amazing—it was the way she made me feel throughout. At every moment, I felt cared for, appreciated, and, above all, loved. She had this unique ability to make me feel like I was the only person in the world that mattered, and that’s not something you come across often.
By the end of the weekend, I was honestly sad to leave. I had gone into the experience with some hesitation, not knowing what to expect, but I came out of it with a newfound appreciation for Alvania and the time we spent together. She exceeded every expectation I had, and I was genuinely grateful for the experience. It wasn’t just a fun weekend; it was a weekend that made me feel rejuvenated, loved, and happy.
I’ve had a few sex vacations before that were complete ripoffs but this one at Dr.Nights with Alvania was different. It wasn’t just about the beautiful resort or the activities—it was about the connection we shared. I never felt like I was just another client or that our time together was transactional. She made it feel real, and that’s something I’ll never forget.
As I sit here writing this, I can’t help but think about going back someday. I’d love to return to that same resort, and if I do, I’d definitely want to spend more time with Alvania. She left a lasting impression on me, and I’d love to create even more memories with her. I’m not sure when that will be, but it’s definitely something I’m planning for the future.
In closing, I just want to say this: Muchas gracias, Alvania. You made my weekend one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, and for that, I’ll always be grateful.

In 2023 I came to the DR and spent 7 miserable days with a competitor of DR Nights. It took me 6 months and a lot of faith to finally reach out to Mark at DR Nights in August. We talked for several months and I now have a new friendship! I just returned and cannot begin to express how blessed I was to have found DR Nights. The professional honest, open and genuine experience is just that! It’s not a marketing ploy! The level of commitment, dedication and kindness is from the top down as it should be. I want to thank Mark, Luis and my Companion for 10 days of bliss. Please do not be taken!!! DR Nights is a model of business culture catering to the customer. Thank you, Thank you 🥂. I recently flew into DR and met with Edward (host) and Edward (driver) for a week long relaxation vacation with DR Nights…one word: AWESOME!! Both gentlemen were super friendly, made everything smooth for my first time and answered all my questions on services, hotel, logistics, etc. They met me at the airport, 2 beautiful girls and an incredible experience.. anything I requested, they provided. Everything was seamless, they were both highly responsive and I wanted to get to the airport (very) early: no problem. Exactly on time, extremely friendly and Luna (Maria) was simply gorgeous! She was exactly what I needed for my trip, she’s just laid back, sexy and highly recommended! Just wanted to give this feedback on your services: your personnel are impeccable and I will be back soon for another vacation in the DR with your professional team.

I just wanted t leave a review.
It’s really to put into words what this trip was like, but I’m going to try. First and foremost, the DR will forever be a special place to me. The people, the food, and the music, all amazing. Before committing to a vacation trip with DR Nights, I was a little skeptical, unsure if the services and experience would be up to par, but after going out there for four days and three nights I can honestly say that it was worth every single penny. I did my homework and researched all the competing resorts out there, DR Nights was highly responsive with all of my questions and their website gave me all extra information i needed to ultimately feel confident in my decision to choose them. A significant factor in the success of my trip was Edward! Edward made sure I felt like a KING, anything i needed, he made sure he would accommodate me no matter what the circumstances. Beyond his ability to meet my daily requests, he was an AMAZING host, and frankly, i consider him a friend now (we both apparently love DMX). He helped show me around, he taught me about the DR, served as a translator, and he gave me all the helpful insights i needed to ensure the best time with my companions. Edward is literally a gem. Because of him, i don’t think i would choose any other vacation competitor if I’m able to come back in the future. Furthermore, my driver (i forgot his name) was the consignment professional and enthusiastic about meeting me and bringing me to my reception party. Lastly, my companions were all stunning and made me feel like a rockstar. I want to specifically shout out Daisha and Hillary though. Daisha is nurturing and attentive, her priority was making sure that i was having fun and ALWAYS satisfied. We didn’t talk with each other too much given the language barrier but our nonverbal communication was perfect as she made it a priority to keep me happy by reading my nonverbal cues. Hillary, brought me to my knees to be quite frank. I’m not one to fall for one person but we went from sending 2hr with each other to me insisting that my entire Sunday be spent with her (thank you, Edward). Hillary and I initially had language barrier issues but she was so engaged with me that we became very comfortable piecing together Spanish and English. With a little help from a translator app, we had amazing conversations over dinner and during other aspects of our time together. Hillary was sensual, playful, fun-loving, and relatable. If she isn’t already on the “dream team” she needs to be seriously concerned for that title. One last thing, I told Edward that I only wanted companions who were genuinely interested in having a good time. Fortunately for me, I enjoyed every moment with every companion. My advice for future guests who are reading this would be to have the right attitude going in. Be a gentleman and respectful to everyone who works hard to make your vacation a reality. Thank you, companions, thank you ownership, and THANK YOU, Edward for making sure my trip came together perfectly. I already told all of my friends that DR Nights is the only way to go. Fingers crossed, i hope my next trip comes sooner than later.

Good morning, I just wanted to email you about my experience last weekend with DR nights. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I arrived and kind of expected it to be a bit of a scam. I was pleasantly surprised though. Edward was really amazing and really went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect! I felt like I really made a friend with him and he was there for anything I needed. Vanesa was also a really amazing girl that made me feel comfortable right from the start. I was feeling petty down when I arrived because of personal issues, but those two made my trip very enjoyable. They are great people to have working for you!
