Members: In order to preselect a companion before arrival, client must agree to select at least 3 companions so we may guarantee 1 of the 3 , Client will waive selection on arrival and stick with preselected companion.

Client may only preselect 1 companion and must not exchange her during stay, nor combine preselection option with an exchangeable companion package.

Client may not use preselection option for a 2 hr. companion

Reception House: Clients usually have a few beers or cocktails while preselecting girls at reception party and take about 30 minutes to 1 hour to make their decision, however we have had other clients come down and spend up to 10 hours at reception house, We state reception parties are unrushed and encourage clients to take their time selecting a 24 hour companion, so we have had to create this clause; at reception party we will cover a bar tab up to $50 USD per client anything more than that must be covered by client, once at resort you may drink as much as you want, this rule is only valid at reception house.

24 Hour companions:

These companions stay with you for the entire day, and depending on your companionship selection, they stay with you for your entire stay, you may opt to change 24 hour companion daily, by selecting change 24 hour companion daily via travel reservation form

 24 Hour Companion Change:

In case you have selected a package where you cannot change your 24 hour companion, and you find the need to change her anyway, you may do so, however you will have to pay a 85 USD daily fee per night of change. If you are in a caribe suite 125 USD per day if you are in Platinum

 24 Hour Private Villa Companions:

Companions can change daily, if you are in a private villa.

 2 Hr. Companions:

These companions you may see after 7pm daily at reception house, each day you must call our main line 561-807-6507 to schedule a pick up. drinks at reception house are not included in your vacation package, so if you drink at reception house you will be required to pay for your tab.

Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy is dictated by your payment option:

Dr.Nights offers 3 payment options:

1. Save 28% Credit Card: Charge 50% + 12.5% (Merchant Services Provider fee) deposit via credit card and pay remaining balance in cash on arrival or wire balance before arrival.Total Amount Charged to your credit after merchant services fees has been added will be disclosed via email. The credit card provider fee may not be deducted from total amount due on arrival. the full payment becomes non-refundable if canceled, However, you may reschedule for up to 3 month from original travel date without penalty if a 24 hour notice is given.
2. Save 26% Bank Wire: Send 50%-100% (your choice) deposit via bank wire and pay remaining balance in cash on arrival. the full payment becomes non-refundable if canceled, However, you may reschedule for up to 3 month from original travel date without penalty if a 24 hour notice is given.
3. Save 31% Wire or Bitcoin:  100% must be sent via bitcoin/altcoin , the full payment becomes non-refundable if canceled, However, you may reschedule for up to 3 month from original travel date without penalty if a 24 hour notice is given.

Due to Pandemic Covid-19 we have created the No Hassle Rescheduling and easter Special cancelation policy:
the policies mentioned are valid for reservations placed between March 15th, 2020 and January 21st, 2021. Only 1 reschedule is permitted

PANDEMIC POLICY AS FOLLOWS: You may reschedule within 2 years of your travel date and use the deposit as credit towards your rescheduled trip at no additional fees.
If trip is not rescheduled within 2 years of original travel date, Deposit will not be credited towards any future trip and becomes a non-refundable cancellation fee.

How we process credit cards:

– Due to our business nature, our merchant providers are very strict with us and require certain procedures you may not be familiar with for example if we have charged your credit card on arrival we will be required to:

1. Obtain a scanned copy front and back of your credit card

2. Obtain a scanned copy of your passport and copy the VISA stamp entry date page.

3. Obtain your signature Authorizing charges to your credit card

The originals are sent to our merchant provider in the United Kingdom and are not archived by Dr. nights to ensure your privacy against any security breach which may occur.

By Abiding to our merchant processor standards we are happy to report a 0% charge back rate and we intend to keep that record, if you feel uncomfortable with the procedures above, please use the wire , western union or bitcoin payment option.

 Local Reservation:

Local reservations require a 62.5% Non-refundable deposit

In case of client no-show or cancellation, However Dr.Nights will provide a reception party if selected companions pulls a no show.

HOLIDAYS: Certain times of the Year when there is a peak in high season, We reserve the right to apply a surcharge to any reservation. Special dates include but not limited to New Years and Christmas. Please be advised our reservation form cannot quote special dates. If there will be a surcharge we will advise you of additional fee before arrival.

PRESELECTION INSTRUCTIONS:

• If you are a member you may preselect your companion before arrival, In order to take advantage of your membership preselection privilege please observe the following procedures:
• Only 1 preselection is allowed per member. ie. if there are two travelers there must be two memberships if both wish to preselect.
• In order to preselect a companion before arrival, client must agree to select at least 5 companions so we may guarantee 1 of the 5.
• Client will waive selection on arrival and stick with preselected companion.
• Client may only preselect 1 companion and must not exchange her during stay, nor combine preselection option with an exchangeable companion package.
• Client may not use preselection option for a 2 hr. companion
• Due to the nature of our transient business we reserve the right to reconfirm availability of preselected companion 1 night before arrival. If by any chance we fail to provide a previously confirmed companion, Dr. Nights will provide a reception party instead.
• At least 1 weeks notice is required for preselections.
• If client decides to change a previously confirmed companion 3 days before arrival, client will be subject to a $450 USD penalty.
• If client decides to change a companion on arrival after meeting her and before checkin, client will be subject to a $450 USD penalty.
• If client decides to change companion 1 day after arrival for irreconcilable differences, Dr.Nights staff will try to work things out, however if that is not possible, and change must be made; client will be subject to a $225 USD penalty + room fees (room fee is contingent on room type and season)

EUROPEAN PRESELECTION:

Disclosure and terms:

• Our European collection is operated by third parties,  In case a previously selected European companion cannot make it, Dr.Nights will refund extra amount paid for European companion and provide a latina reception party, Also be advised this situation has never occurred to the date of this writing.

Photo Shoot Policies

A great example of your membership dollars at work! we take great pride in making a great impression with a full media HD profile, as a result Dr.nights compensates companions for photo shoots, our photo shoots are professional and costs are incurred to execute them. It is our policy not to go through this great effort twice with the same companion. In consequence some photos of our companions may be a few years old. Members reserve the right to ask for updated photos after preselection and Dr.Nights may amend profiles from time to time with updated photos if we see there is a big difference in companions looks since the shoot. If your preselected companions images are not accurate upon arrival you may use this fact to replace her and obtain a reception party without penalty.

Package Upgrades & Downgrades:

DR Nights coordinates and prepays all services for our clients once a reservation is booked, in order to facilitate 5 star service level, and guarantee availability of excursions, drivers, transport, private villas, etc. therefore we do not allow package Downgrades, However we do allow package upgrades.
