The ground floor unit features 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

The master bedroom has a King sized bed, walk-in closets, his/hers bathroom and a nice beach/ocean view.

The second and third bedroom each has 2 twin beds (can be connected to 1 King) and a private bathroom for each bedroom.

On the penthouse unit of the house:

The entrance leads to the living room and dining room, which is connected to an open, fully equipped, European style kitchen.

The living room / dining room features breathtaking views of the beach and the Caribbean Sea with sliding doors that open for direct access to a BIG balcony.

The living room also have a big screen television and comfortable lounge furniture as well as a dining area for up to 16 people.

The spacious, semi-covered balcony has a dining/lounge area and a big BBQ.

The penthouse unit features 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

The 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor are divided into a master bedroom with a King sized bed, walk-in closets and his/hers bathroom. The master bedroom has a spectacular ocean view.

The second & third bedrooms each has 2 twin beds (can be connected to 1 king) and a private bathroom for each bedroom.

On the 3rd floor you will find 2 master bedrooms that each has a King sized bed, walk-in closets, his/hers bathroom and a spectacular ocean view.

The 3rd floor also has a HUGE balcony with lounge furniture and beach chairs.

We offer a private shopping service, where we buy all groceries, drinks etc. for you and your guests. We charge the cost for the groceries + a 15% service fee.

Electricity is charged upon departure based on consumption (1kWt = USD 0,50).
